Andrea Martinelli is the only living portraitist who exhibited at the Galleria degli Uffizi in Florence. During the exhibition, Prato, his hometown dedicated him a virtual exhibition of their paintings.
Hyper Portraits reproduces Martinelli’s work through interactive installations. With Laboratorio Creativo Geppetto we realized a C++ facial recognition that matches a picture of the user with a similar Martinelli’s painting.
